At Tiaki Life, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Our products are carefully checked before dispatch, but if something is wrong with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

  • Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label if applicable

Once we review the issue, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, which provides remedies such as repair, replacement, or refund when products do not meet consumer guarantees.

Change of mind returns

We do not normally offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect choice, or if you no longer need the item.

However, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we may consider returns on a case-by-case basis if the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
